Major milestone today: the girls finished their last day at BISS.  I’m so proud of them for taking on this whole experience.  Heading to a new school in a foreign country was unnerving for us in February… especially so for the two of us who are only 7 and 8 years old.  But our two champs did beautifully.  Wonderful friendships, astounding achievement and high fives all around.

So off we went to Pete’s Tex Mex for a celebratory lunch, and exactly one hour and 36 minutes after we’d left BISS, Cece sat back in the booth and said:  Mom, I wish we could have just one more day at BISS.  I miss Miss O…

I should have known at that moment what lie ahead.  Tonight, the floodgates opened…
