Our very last night in Kunming happened to be the night of the Lantern Festival, marking the end of Chinese New Year.  After a great final dinner with the Fulbright gang, three of our families headed over to Grand View Lake for the big celebration.  CRAZY wild taxi rides to get there… mobs of people… louds sights and sounds everywhere… and the entire lake lit up like Disneyland… oh, and more fireworks.
