First glimpses…

I already have loads of pictures to post…  these are just first glimpses from Sunday and Monday.  I will post more “people pictures” in the next round.  Also… I opted, at the last minute, to leave the our big Nikon at home as (for me) it’s just too big to lug around.  And hadn’t replaced it with anything yet, so I think I’ll be buying a new camera here…

The sun continues to peak out occasionally, but it’s quite cold, and similar to the University of Pittsburgh in February.  Monochromatic.  Cold.  Concrete.

Arriving at the west gate of Renmin. We made it!

Blue sky emerging

The girls and Julie heading to the neighorhood super store where we already have a super saver discount card.

Quiet neighborhood on Sunday morning...

Campus view from our apartment. New gymnasium is at 2:00 with new track to the left of it.

Our kitchen...
